What is FirstForward?
How can I track my exposures after Vault is discontinued?
You can continue to track your exposures with a free FirstForward.com account. If you use the same email address that you used for your Vault account, all of your existing data will be seamlessly migrated into your new account. You can still track important details related to chemical, physical, mental, or biological exposures.
How will my data be handled in FirstForward? Is it secure and private?
Your personal data will continue to be private and highly secure. FirstForward.com is a cloud-based system with industry-best security protocols. Only you can access your exposure data, and you can choose to print a record of your information if you need to share it.
How can I get my data?
You can export your data from Vault (until January 2, 2020). If you don’t want to create a FirstForward account and no longer have access to Vault, we can provide your data in a CSV format. Please contact our Help Desk.
Does FirstForward integrate with my departmental Records Management System (RMS)?
FirstForward currently integrates with Emergency Reporting® to help streamline recordkeeping and exposure tracking. Contact us if you are interested in integrating with another CAD or RMS system.
What happens to my data if I move to another department?
Your FirstForward account data is always yours, even if you retire or move to a different department. You can choose which information you want to share with each department.
Can I track exposures from my smart phone?
Yes, FirstForward is accessible on any internet-connected device (no special app required).
Can I upload documents in FirstForward?
Yes, you can easily upload photos or documents in a variety of file types.
